This Privacy Policy explains how Hubble_S ('we', 'us', or 'our') and its service offerings, including our website hosted on Webflow, and our software-as-a-service application, Socrat_S, hosted on Heroku (collectively, the 'Services'), collect, store, use, disclose, and otherwise process information about you. This policy also details your privacy rights.

1.1.3.Payment Information: If you subscribe to our Services, we collect your billing details through Stripe, such as your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address.

In addition, from time to time, we may analyze the general behavior and characteristics of users of our Services and share aggregated information like general user statistics with third parties, publish such aggregated information or make such aggregated information generally available.

3.1. In certain circumstances we may share your Personal Information with third parties without further notice to you, unless required by the law, including without limitation in the situations below:

Business Transfers: If we are involved in strategic transactions, reorganization, bankruptcy, receiver ship, or transition of service to another provider (collectively a “Transaction”),your Personal Information and other information may be shared in the diligence process with counter parties and others assisting with the Transaction and transferred to a successor or Affiliate as part of that Transaction along with other assets.
4. REQUEST FOR ACTION

7.1. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country other than your own. For users outside the United States, your Personal Information is transferred to the United States where our AI Service providers’ servers are located.
